We work diligently to ship out orders the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 5 business days to ship orders. Standard Shipping 3-7 Business Days Pre Order 7-10 Business Days Tracking information for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping. If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us (jomtacc@gmail.com) and we will be happy to assist you. If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undelivered package you are responsible for the new shipping cost. Unclaimed, refused, or undelivered packages returned to us will be processed as a return. The original form of payment will be refunded, less any additional shipping expenses. We are not responsible for lost, delivered to wrong location, stolen, or packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service. If packages are marked "return to sender" and you would like your purchases to be resent you will be invoiced the cost of shipping (between $5- $10).

Thank You for your purchase. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 15 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. In the case that an item is “Out Of Stock”, you will be issued an immediate refund for the out of stock item purchased. After we receive your item it will be inspected for wear or damages; upon approval, a refund will be processed. The purchase will be refunded as store credit unless previously discussed via email. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
